Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Please find below the full terms & conditions for the prize draw.
1. The prize draw is open to mainland UK residents.
2. The prize draw is not open to employees of the Baxi Group or anyone connected with the organisation or with
the promotion.
3. Entry is free and without obligation, other than adherence to these rules, and no purchase is necessary.
4. The main prize in the draw is for one of four Eco media players (subject to availability).
5. The prizes will be drawn at random from the entries received on 1September 2009.
6. The prizes include free delivery to a UK mainland addresss.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted.
8. The winner's name will be available upon request. The winner will be notified by post within 28 days of
the result (as long as postal address details are fully supplied).
9. No cash alternative is available.
10. Baxi reserves the right to alter the prizes and offer a substitute of equal value if necessary.
11. Baxi's decision as to the operation of the prize draw will be final. No correspondence will be entered
into.
12. Baxi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in its opinion
events or circumstances occur outside its control.
13. Your data will not be shared with third parties except those necessary to administer this prize draw.
